I’ve been doing this thing for the last 45 days. I’ve been going to the gym. At first it was 3-4 times a week, now I’m up to 5-6 times a week. I’m having fun. Mostly. There are still those skinny bitches who think they have the right to exercise without having to view us fat freaks. Hate to tell her this, but the gym is for everyone, not just those who don’t need it!
So, I started doing this other thing. I make one change and stick with it for a while. My first change? I gave up all carbonation. No soda, at all. I’m drinking more water as a result. I don’t really do juice and only do milk in my Chai.
Then I started working out. I have a free Gold’s membership, I should be using it, right? Then I discovered classes! Free and fun! So, now I do water class 3 days a week and try to do treadmill 2-3 days a week.
Not really sure what my next change will be. I want to be more mindful of what I eat, but I am not going on a diet! Maybe I need to get a nice notebook and log everything I eat? What do you think?
